This year I’ve stepped outside of my normal creativity and pushed myself in ways that I didn’t know was possible. I am slowly but surely stepping into the world of Interior Design. I have no formal training but I do believe I have a good eye. With a little encouragement from my Tribe I realized that this was something I could actually do and do well.
When I first walked into my new place I knew I wanted to make it feel like Tamra all the way. I never really considered myself to be good in this category because my loved ones always designed my spaces for me in the past. I had to put on my big girl panties and figure this out for myself. I knew I wanted to showcase my love for color, cool tones and metallics. Basically all the sides of Tamra. It took me a full year to finish decorating my place. My place is kind of small and it took forever to find specific accent pieces. The details, it’s all in the details! I can’t wait to have a place I own so I can play around more with accent walls and wallpaper!
