Here’s a reminder to listen to your body. I haven’t been as focused as I usually am on my fitness journey but that’s okay. It’s not like I’m giving up, not working out or somewhat watching what I’m eating lol. There’s a lot going on in my world and clearly the whole world that is leaving me a bit on edge. Sometimes the best thing to do is rest and take a break from your norm. That way you’ll be in a better place to come back and move effectively. So here I am, chilling and listening to this body of mine.
